10-Minute walk to downtown Ponta Delgada. My room was comfortable and the rooftop terrace provided fine sunset views. The self check-in was smooth, though the breakfast could have offered more variety. A lovely stay!

We recommend staying at this very good budget hotel. Everything is good here, had a pleasant stay for an entire vacation. The breakfast is served in the terrace!

the staff were pleasant and exceptional, ready to any request. the rooms were big and airy with a bath, felt like home. it was nice to have an iron, a work desk, and tv. everything was simply brand-new.

Ponta Delgada offers a fantastic culinary adventure! La Tronqueria and Casa do Bacalhau are must-tries, with their mouthwatering local dishes. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the setup for families was great. Plus, the smooth check-in process.

While I adored the ambiance, the pillows felt a bit lumpy, and parking was a chore. But honestly, these minor mishaps didn't ruin the magic of the stay.

The reception hours are inconvenient, closing at 6 PM!!! Parking is a hassle due to holiday events nearby, and how about cleaning pet messes promptly to avoid unpleasant surprises?

The location was super convenient for exploring local cafes and the city center. We loved the common kitchen where we could cook and enjoy meals together. The staff was always helpful. Don't miss the chance to hike to Sete Cidades and relax at the nearby beach!

Unfortunately, we did experience some noise from traffic as our room faced the street. This made it a bit difficult to relax at times.

The family room was spacious for our large group, and the kids loved the cable programming for some downtime. We also enjoyed the great views from the dining area. Joana was super friendly and helped us feel at home.

My wife says that a little more variety in breakfast options would be great for families with children.

It was just a great match for a momentary visit in Ponta Delgada with value for money. The super nice team, especially Joana, who went out of her way to assist with questions. Street parking is available, but arrive early for the best spots.

The room was really comfy, with a nice bed making it super easy to relax. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, definitely a highlight! The shared kitchen was well-equipped. Although the street noise could be a bit much sometimes, it didn't overly bother me .
